Easy Cream Cheese Cupcakes

An easy cream cheese cupcake recipe, thats quick and makes delicious cupcakes ! :)


CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKE


  

 

 

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

 

1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup salted or unsalted butter (Melted)

3 tablespoons sugar (You can use brown sugar if you wish)

 

INGREDIENT FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

 

2 (8 oz) boxes of cream cheese (Room temperature)

2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1 tea spoon vanilla extract

             

PREPERATION TIME: 30 MINUTES

 

BAKING TIME: 25 MINUTES

 

RECIPE:

 

First make the graham cracker crust

 

Step 1: Pre-line your cupcake tray with cupcake liners; this recipe should make about 20 cupcakes.

 Step 2: In a bowl mix 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs and  ½ cup of melted butter, mix thoroughly.

 Step 3: Mix in sugar.

 Step 4: Put about a spoonful of your crust into each cupcake liner in tray.

 Step 5: Bake in oven for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

 

Next make the cream cheese filling.

 

Step 1: Put room temperature cream cheese into mixing bowl, and mix until its smooth.

 Step 2: Mix in eggs, one at a time.

 Step 3: Mix in 2 cups of sugar and mix well.

 Step 4: Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

 Step 5: Pour mix into liners, filling them almost to the top.

 

Now put the cupcake trays in the oven for 18-20 minutes at 300 degrees.

 

Once done take out and let them cool for 1 hour in room temperature. Finally put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or overnight. Top with strawberries, or any kind of fruit topping you’d like. Or just eat them just the way they are, they taste great.
